THIS Is The Reason You Should Never Use A Shower Pouf

At some point, most of us will have used a mesh pouf to shower with. They are just like sponges but a little rougher so they exfoliate your skin at the same time! However, the shower accessory that is meant to be keeping you clean, could actually be doing quite the opposite. After reading this, you will probably want to throw yours away!

The shower poufs are made up of a sheet of mesh all scrunched together, allowing you to get a good scrub-a-dub-dub.

However, pretty much 100% of dermatlologists said that they would never use a shower pouf as they are a breeding ground for bacteria.

Whilst the mesh helps to exfoliate your skin, dead skin and bacteria gets trapped between the mesh. But that’s not the worst part!
